Putting on an event at Lyndon is a great opportunity to bring the community together and to gain valuable experience as an individual or group. The SGA Advisor is here to help you with all of the steps in that process and is happy to meet with you to go over any questions or needs you may have.

Check out the 7 steps to planning an event. Keep in mind the information that is outlined in the document and the questions you should be asking yourself as you plan your event.
Event Planning Worksheet:
Use this Event Planning Worksheet to begin planning your event. This form must be submitted at least ten (10) business days in advance of your event.
Advertising Form:
Use this Advertising Form so SGA and SALC can help get the word out about your event via social media, the Monday weekly e-mail, the Buzz, and our bulletin boards. If creating a poster, please include the SGA approved logo provided below.

Event Evaluation Worksheet:
Submit an Event Evaluation Worksheet no later than 24 hours following the conclusion of your event. It is imperative you include who was present at your event, should a contact tracing investigation become necessary.
