About
The VTSU - Lyndon Student Government Association (SGA) strives to promote the academic, social, and general welfare of ALL students at Lyndon. The SGA accepts and encourages the interest of our students through the student run clubs, activities, and inter murals. Alongside clubs, the SGA is also responsible for spending the Student Activities Fee.

These members of the SGA are mostly elected by the student body into their positions each Spring. Members may be appointed by the SGA President and voted on by the Congress board if there are vacancies at any point during the academic year.

Club Representatives
Each SGA affiliated club is required to have an SGA representative on their executive board.
The duty of a club representative is to bring a club update to SGA General Assembly Meetings and report to their affiliated clubs all important information and events regarding SGA.
General Assembly Meetings
Held every Wednesday night at 8pm in the Student Government Association office.
Meetings are open to all students, faculty, staff, and community members.

The purpose of the VTSU SGA Constitution is to set forth rules and regulations for all Student Government Associations across VTSU.
The purpose of the VTSU SGA Bylaws is to give further clarification of the rules and regulations that are explained in the VTSU SGA Constitution.
The purpose of the Lyndon SGA Bylaws is to set out expectations for Congress, CAB, and other clubs specific to the Lyndon campus and how we function as an Student Government Association.
