Information for Current and Future Clubs

Club Contact Form

Please use the link above to access the Club Contact form. These forms provide the SGA with your most up to date club information. Including executive board members, meeting times and locations, and preferred communication styles.

It is imperative that anytime there is a change to any of the above elements that a new club contact form or a communication is sent out to the SGA to keep updated.

New Club Form

If you are interested in starting a new club on campus, you must complete a New Club Form and write a constitution for your club. Once these documents are complete, you will email both documents to LyndonSGA@NorthernVermont.edu and request to be added to the agenda for the next SGA General Board meeting. At this meeting, you will be expected to present to the group and explain to the SGA why you wish to become a club and what your club will provide to the campus community. Members of the SGA may ask a variety of questions so the more prepared you are, the likelihood your club will be approved is higher. Once you have shared your information, the SGA will vote on whether or not your group will be recognized as a club at Lyndon. Please get in contact with the SGA Executive Board or Advisor if you have any additional questions or concerns.
